SPORTSMANSHIP

LITTLE LEAGUE = TEACH and PROMOTE CHARACTER, COURAGE & LOYALTY.

Playing time is never equal in a tournament. We do the very best that we can. We like and love all the ball players on the team, but there is no way we can play everyone equally. The rules in the National Tournament are different from that of the regular season. They also differ from that of a local tournament. SO PLEASE DONT BE UPSET IF YOUR PLAYER SITS. IT IS NOTHING PERSONAL!

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR and UNSPORTSMANSHIP. THE UMPIRES AND THE COACHING STAFF WILL NOT TOLERATE POOR BEHAVIOR.

NO PETSSSSSSSSSSSS

· No throwing of any equipment.
· No talking to the umpires. Unless you are the Manager.
· No cursing.
· No taunting anyone. No shaking the fences. This includes the Umpire. Do not show anyone up or embarrass them!!!
· No fighting. Walk away. Get the Commissioner.
· Let the Coaches coach and the players play. All family members and friends accompanying the player must keep their bad comments to themselves. Bad comment outbursts will not be tolerated.
· If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it. About the players you know or those you do not.

What happens if a rule is violated?

· Player will sit the bench for the remainder of the game or that of the next game.
· Player may be asked to leave the team.
· Family member may be asked to leave indefinitely.
